NATIONAL DELIVERIES
In most parts of the Republic of South Africa, PawHub will deliver your order to your house or office. Delivery to areas judged by the delivery company as remote or a security risk will be denied and refunded.
PawHub also offers a "click and collect" service, which allows users/customers to order and pay for product(s) online, then pick up the product(s) at the PawHub headquarters in Lanseria Business Park.


DELIVERY SERVICES
PawHub ships and delivers your parcel using a reputable, well-known, and experienced courier provider to ensure that you receive it on time. We'll send you an e-mail/sms with tracking information once we've received your order. If you have any questions, please email us at info@PawHub.co.za
Courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or the post office; thus, when asked at checkout, please supply the following information:
• Name and phone number of contact person
• Street address and street address of contact person (If complex Name of Complex and Unit number)
• Postal Code
• City/Town
Please note that any product(s) that were not delivered due to an inaccurate address will not be refunded by PawHub.

DELIVERY SERVICES, DELIVERY TIMELINES AND DELIVERY RATES
Our courier services include the following delivery options and associated rates:
Orders of R850.00 or more:

Standard Shipping:
• Estimated delivery time: 2-5 business days
• Cost: NONE

Overnight Shipping:
• Estimated delivery time: 1-2 business days
• Rate: Calculated at the time of purchase. Depending on where you are.

Orders of less than R850.00:

Standard Shipping:
• Estimated delivery time: 2-5 business days
• Rate: Calculated at the time of purchase. Depending on where you are.

Please Note:
• The courier company only delivers during normal working hours so please ensure a person will be home during working hours to receive your parcel or otherwise use your Work Address.
• Delivery to rural locations, plots, farms, mines, power stations, etc., as well as special deliveries to embassies, government departments, and other government entities, will incur additional costs. These additional surcharges can only be confirmed after shipping confirmation, and the customer will be contacted at that time to arrange for payment of the additional surcharges before the order is confirmed. If the consumer is unwilling to pay these additional costs, the order will be cancelled and the customer will be refunded via EFT. Due to COVID-19, delivery timeframes could vary.
• Due to a highjacking hotspot, The Courier Guy can no longer deliver to Lotus Gardens, Atteridgeville, or Saulsville. Every day between 13:00 and 16:00, they have a driver who will go to the Atteridgeville Police Station. He will receive all deliveries for the above locations at the Police Station. Please keep in mind that if a parcel remains unclaimed for longer than two days, it will be returned to sender (RTS).


“CLICK & COLLECT” SERVICES
For further convenience to our customers, PawHub also provides a “Click & Collect” service which allows the user/customer to order and pay for product(s) online and allow for personal pick-up of the product(s) at the PawHub head office in Lanseria Business Park within one workday. The address of the Headquarters is:

Please Note:
• After getting an email confirming their order is available for pickup, the user/customer must pick up their order within 3 business days.
• The user/customer must print a copy of the completed order, as received with the order, as well as a confirmation email from PawHub once the order is ready for pickup at the retail store.

• To be picked up, the user/customer must provide both the order and the confirmation email to the receptionist.
• At the time of product handover, the user/customer will be required to present evidence of identity (ID/Drivers card) and sign a receipt (s).
Any obligation of PawHub is transferred to the customer/user with handover of the product(s) to the person who presented the purchase order and confirmation email, and PawHub is not liable for any loss or unauthorised use of the product(s) after handover.

• Orders placed after 14:00 on business days will be sent the next business day.
• If there are any unanticipated issues, the above-mentioned delivery times may not be applicable.
• Orders are only processed and dispatched on weekdays and working days.
• Orders placed after 14:00 on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday AM (Should that Monday not fall on a Public Holiday).
